I was initially a bit concerned since Zippy7 isn’t very well-known internationally. However, I rented a car for five days at a very competitive price compared to other companies and was pleasantly surprised. The car I received was new, clean, and in excellent condition. The collection process went smoothly, and I returned the car outside of office hours, leaving the keys in the drop box. The inspection was done the following morning, and I promptly received my full deposit. Highly recommended better than many of the more popular rental companies!

3주간의 가족여행시 2일간 렌트카가 필요해서
한국에서 유럽렌트카 모든 사이트를 다 뒤졌습니다.
익스피디아, 부킹닷컴, hurt, sitx, europcar,avis....
그러나 다들 가격대가 엄청나더군요.
원래 오스트리아 물가가 비싸건 알겠는데 이건 뭐...
그리고 후기내용도 다들 불만일색이고.
그러던중 우연히 알게된 zippy7업체.
네이버 후기도 괜찮고.
구글후기도 괜찮고.
다만 리뷰가 너무 적다는게 걸리더군요.
자사 홍보용으로 작성한건 아닌지 의심도 했고...
시간적 여유도 별로 없고해서 저는 여기를 선택해서 예약을 했습니다.

1. 직원응대
- 직원들 엄청 친절합니다.
제 영어는 no good입니다.
그래도 의사 소통에 아무런 문제가 없습니다.
그리고 친절하게 반납절차도 적어 주십니다.
막내아들이 핸드폰을 차안에 둔채로 차량을 반납했고.
다음날 오전 기차가 8시40분이라 7시30분에 zippy7에 도착해서
기다리는데 시간이 간당간당 하더라구요.
시간때문에 핸드폰을 포기해야 하나 고민하던차 open하자 마자 직원에게 말했더니.
그전에 이미 챙겨서 올라 오셨더라구요.
다행히 늦지않게 헝가리행 기차에 탑승할수 있었습니다.

2.차량상태
- 차량은 5000km정도 이용한 새차입니다. 차 내부도 깨끗합니다.
저는 프리미엄으로 보험을 들었기에..차량상태를 사진으로 남기진 않았습니다.
한국인 여행자 여러분들은 필히 프리미엄으로 보험드세요. 저는 걱정거리를 만들기 싫어서 프리미엄으로 가입했습니다.
제가 빌린 차량은 skoda octavia 차량입니다.
30인치, 28인치 , 26인치 총3개의 수화물을 가지고 있고, 백팩도 하나 있었습니다.
그리고 식구수는 5명인데 차량이 커서 큰 불편없이 운행했습니다.

3. 결론
- 가성비, 직원 친절도, 차량상태등 모든것을 고려했을때.
저는 여기는 정답인것 같습니다. 추천합니다.

I had my reservation canceled by Sixt Car because they unilaterally changed the conditions of the automatic transmission vehicle

I had reserved a month in advance, claiming on the day of the reservation that only manual transmission vehicles were available.
This was an extremely disappointing experience that nearly ruined my travel plans.

However, I urgently searched through Google and found Zippy7, which provided an accurate and friendly service to reserve the exact vehicle I needed.
The car was excellent, and the security deposit was canceled immediately the day after I returned the vehicle.

I highly recommend everyone traveling to Vienna to book with Zippy7.
This will ensure a very satisfying car rental experience for your trip—especially at the Zippy7 Ungargasse office !

Everything was perfect!! They gave us a brand new car with only 200km. When we went to pick it up, the man told us to help us with the tolls and pay them in advance, since it would be cheaper for us.
