Roman & Auden were absolutely excellent. They were extremely diligent and attentive to my moving needs. They were continually checking and rechecking their system to ensure that I got exactly what I needed. This has been an extremely stressful week for me with moving and everything and these gentlemen made it a whole lot easier… thank you guys for hiring competent leaders!!

Customer service was the best I've had. In and out in less than 5 minutes,. All vehicles were clean and well maintained. I called ahead bc my scheduled vehicle they didn't have available as promised. So they gave me the price of 10ft truck and put me in a 15ft truck.

The equipment was ok. Customer service was very disappointing. To begin with I waited at the desk for about ten minutes while the guys were talking in the back and eventually had to go get them. They were having a good time and weren’t minding the store. My second disappointment came when a friend who had helped me move tried to exchange a pair of gloves that he calmed to learn after he wore them wreaked of mildew. Most on the rack for sale did. They had been opened but were in good condition except for the odor. My friend was told he could not exchange them because the guy behind the counter named Angel was not authorized. My friend let it go but I was appalled at Angels attitude and lack of knowing how to provide the courtesy of providing a contact that could authorize anything. For these reasons I was highly dissatisfied with the service at U haul and was not surprised that I had heard that the workers were discussing how slow it had been in the store and their hopes for a busy year in 2024. Clearly Angel is not someone who wants to be there which is sad for all the people who may frequent U-Haul in the future. I don’t plan to be one of them and this could have been rectified by a simple five dollar exchange and some common courtesy.

The staff is very rude and lazy. I have called for 2 days and was put on hold multiple times without anyone ever answering. I was on hold the first time for 24 minutes! When someone answered ( which was very few times) they either put me straight on hold or hung up on me all together. All I needed was the amount I owed , which would have take 2 minutes or less to look on the computer. I finally had to go to the store but before I did I parked across the street to see if they were busy, which they weren’t so I decided to call and see if they’d answer. Guess what?! Still put me on hold. I knew they would do this so I drove across the street and walked in. Lo and behold, there was a guy sitting behind the counter looking on his phone!!! I did ask for a managers # and he gave me a number. Not sure that it’s the boss though. Is Bobby the boss? Probably not!! U-Haul sucks!! Do not use this storage for sure.

Everything was wonderful!
The service was great. The pricing was great. No issues at all. There is literally nothing bad I can say about this U-Haul place. I will definitely use y'all again in the near future!!! Thank you for making The whole process easier.
