Great service unless she gets into a wreck while hauling your “items”. No police report, no location of the actual incident, no insurance claim number. Will not respond to actual questions. Will not answer calls after incident. Also “lost” over $600 extra worth of merchandise in the wreck that she will not compensate for, even though she states it was secure before traveling.

You just stated I had items strapped down, so why did I NOT receive the items? You know I had them and you knew the items was there so that is the proof they wasn’t delivered and also mine. So odd you claim I could send proof when I did and a “screenshot” wouldn’t work. Not sure how else I can send proof. Also you had a FAKE lawyer call me but you won’t respond to our calls when we was trying to get information. Yes my insurance provider handled the situation because you wouldn't. I have yet to receive a police report or your insurance information that my insurance company needs. Once you contact me with that information and the missing amount then it will be handled. This wouldn’t be harassment considering I’m asking for business information that I have yet to receive from March 27th 2024.

Damaged my vehicle and trailer during unload. The winch failed and dropped everything off the back of the trailer. She offered 800 at the time I wanted to get numbers for repairs. When I contacted her with amount 967.00 she ghosted me and claims with uship, the company I hired her though, that she delivered undamaged and showed pictured BEFORE damage occurred. I'm contacting a lawyer since this the game this company likes to play.

That's an amazing fiction you wrote. First my friend doesn't own a gun so that never happened. Second I was not inside the bus during off load. Why would I be? YOU were paid to load and unload the vehicle and transportation companies don't allow customers to be on the trailer for liability reasons. And why would I damage a vehicle I have lovely taken care of for 20 years. Plus if I had been inside when it fell there would have been more damage to the bus and I would have been injured. The fact you claimed I harassed you for a ride on the day of pickup when I have proof I had had transportation arranged the prior day. I also only called you once for 2 minutes when you arrived and have the call logs to prove it all other prior communication was though text. You offered 800 for the damage because you needed the rest to reimburse for diesel. And why would I pick such a low amount if I was trying to rip you off? You asked for numbers and BEGGED to not go though insurance and didn't and refuse to give that information. Why? Because you damaged someone's RV last month and from her review you tried to dodge responsibility then too. It's not about the money anymore it's about you not standing behind the word you gave as a business owner to my face. I would have been happy to work this out with you but you decided to deny responsibility and slander mine and my friend's character to deflect blame. A nd its cute you think because my friend is poor I am also. If you have video and audio PLEASE release it to the police or the authorities. Also I'm not going to engage here and will let people with the authority to handle this do so.
