I’m new to reformer, I attended the Orientation session at Studio Pilates International. It was the right amount of challenge and fun. Super friendly and supportive staff members. I normally don’t push myself too hard to workout but the trainers helped me push my limits and keep good form.
Highly recommend for beginners, if you have always thought of building full body strength in a fun way, this is for you!

Friendly team, lots of classes and easy to book via the app, even last minute if the class still has space! Workouts are shown on screens and the instructor comes round to help correct your posture.

Great introductory offer if you just want to try it out first. Note there are limited bathrooms for changing so best to come in your workout gear, especially if classes are full.

I’ve really enjoyed the class structure, utilising screens to display the class and having support throughout the class on technique correction! Being new to reformer I’ve found this very beneficial in becoming accustomed to the techniques. The teachers have provided personal feedback before, during and after each class. I would highly recommend Studio Pilates!! Especially the Bathurst St team ❤️
