I recently had the unfortunate experience of losing my work bag on the No. 88 bus last Saturday. However, I was immensely impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff at the bus depot. Upon seeking assistance from a kind-hearted No. 88 bus driver, I was directed to the depot, where everyone I encountered went above and beyond to assist me.

From the diligent efforts of the office staff to the support of the traffic commissioners, I was truly grateful for their collective help in locating my lost belongings. They promptly coordinated with the buses in operation, and after just a couple of hours, my bag was safely recovered.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding assistance I received. Thank you immensely for your exceptional service and unwavering dedication. Your kindness and efficiency have truly made a positive impact, and I deeply appreciate all your efforts!

I contacted Stockwell Garage about a lost Freedom Pass. Very helpful on the phone and when I went to collect said pass, everyone I had contact with was friendly, polite and helpful. This started with being guided to the right place. Regularly checked to see I was being helped and then swiftly reunited with my lost property. Staff rushed to show me where the exit buttons were and made sure I got out without a problem and wished me a good day. A pleasure dealing with them all.
