I scheduled a start and end date which was arranged to be one month long. The company then charged me for two months. The end date was arranged when I had set up the month pass but after the date passed they argued that they needed “written notice” thirty days in advance so they charged another month. Every time I went into the parking structure the screen showed the end date so they were informed of the end date in advance notice. They are claiming it wasn’t “written” so it doesn’t count. Additionally I was late to my job on the first day because their website sent me to the wrong parking garage to pick up my pass and they say they will not refund me for the parking I had to pay that day even though I only had to pay because they failed to provide accurate information about where to pick up the pass. Lastly they say they will charge me if I don’t return the pass but failed to inform me that it was necessary. I live far away so returning it will be difficult, but I don’t want them to charge me even more.

Update: I talked with the security team on site and they helped me file a police incident report and kept an eye on the car closely since. The team was friendly and helpful. No incidents afterwards.

Monthly parking here. Didn't have a problem until recently my car window got smashed TWICE and had several break-ins even though there was NOTHING in the car. They even tried to steal the car and broke it. Be aware if you plan to park here overnight or long term.

My experience for this parking lot was great. I was delighted that the first 90 minutes was free on the Saturday, and the if I remember correctly the whole day parking fee was $10, which I thought it was reasonable. Especially better parking than street parking no matter if you have to park for a short period of time or a long time that you may don’t know how long you have to park. Also there were a plenty of parking space available, easy to find parking.

Rediculous security especially there said 24hours guarantee but still a brokened window. Don't park here!

The lot tends to have lots of empty spots, particularly in the upper floors. That said, oftentimes the spots are a rather tight fit even for smaller vehicles. Additionally, the lot is in a part of town with a sizeable homeless population, so you may not feel safe walking to and from your car.

Needed to pick up package at St James Post Office this was the only parking garage available we ended on the top. Ceiling was so tight for our standard ford f150 it was frightening. It felt like we would hit each beam. Never again in the truck. Way to expensive and elevators do not go to the top. I will not use this lot again.

A fine parking lot, but despite having my ticket validated I STILL had to pay $25. Pretty not-great.
