It's always hard joining a new gym and not knowing anyone. But here I immediately felt like I had been coming for years. Not only are the staff so extremely nice and helpful... but all the gym goers are so welcoming! And I love that instead of the typical 'rush' hours at gyms... this place is just consistently busy but never crowded! The space is incredible. And the Nutrition Bar is the best! I never leave without my Coffee with Protein or a Tea along with some healthy breakfast to go!

Becca has built a wonderful space here partnering with other small businesses! You can go the chiropractor, the salon, the IV bar, massage therapist, music therapy, etc without ever leaving! Saves me so much time!

Just joined the new fitness center and it has everything for the novice all the way up to elite athlete for workout equipment! Tons of classes that I have yet to check out but am looking forward to. I am very excited to be apart of such a great gym with INCREDIBLE staff!

This gym is amazing! Becca is very accommodating and is constantly upgrading the gym. Val is a wonderful trainer and has helped me change my life so much. The rest of the staff is very helpful with exercise knowledge. The atmosphere is perfect the girls (and guys) are very motivational, and bring each other up. Best gym by far!!

So many different options of equipment to use, reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help. I go there for personal training with Val, and I love it! She switches up my routine so it's been different every time. I've only been going for a few weeks, but I've learned so much already.

I highly recommend SP fitness, it has such a fun friendly atmosphere. You never feel out of place. Trainers are always there to answer questions and make you feel welcome. I really enjoy the classes offered. You get to work out with a great group and get tips from the trainer to ensure your getting the most out of the exercise. They also offer a red zone area for you to get in exercise when you have time. My favorite part of the red zone is that they have a screen running, showing you how to do the exercise. Makes it super easy to follow the workout they have set up. Definitely recommend checking out SP Fitness, you won't be sorry you did.

SP Fitness is a great, safe place for working out! I love that they have so many options: weights, red zone, training, classes, and more! They do an excellent job at keeping the place clean. Everyone is very helpful and friendly!
