The worst customer service of any LTL carrier that I deal with. The OS&D department has literally no urgency with a damages shipment. If you have a shipment that has any commitment at all then this is not the carrier that you should use.

This place is trash. Horrible customer service, they leave voicemail messages that are hard to understand, they hold on to your package after they had received it a long time ago and deliver it when they feel like. Also will either set up a delivery time that they do not follow themselves or will just not call. I hope they stop getting contracted because they absolutely suck

Truck 119454 cut me off in traffic then flipped me off I got in behind as I was getting off at same exit then he Hatd brake checked me real professional drivers they hire

They called and we agreed on a 3 hour delivery window. At the end of that window, when my delivery hadn't reached me, I called. They said, "Oh sorry, the delivery never went out. We'll call you back with a new window." They never called back. A few days later a truck rolls up to my door and says they have my delivery. It was 816 lbs. and I had no one to help me because I was totally unprepared for it.

Their job is very simple. Call the customer, arrange a delivery time, deliver item. That they can't successfully execute that basic task is sad.

I had never had any problems before but im a little disappointed today because my delivery was supposed to be delivered from 12-4 pm that was what i was told the day they call me to make my appointment, i paid my worker to drive 1 hour and be at the delivery place from 12-4 i called and they told me they be there at 4:30pm my worker waited and left at 7:00pm and nothing was delivered i didn't even get a call. And the problem is that i have to find someone to be there again when ever they call and decide to make my delivery , because my husband had and accident and he is the one that usually waits for the delivery's. I could have at least gotten a call to let me know i was not going to get it today .

Fork lift guys and guard are good but the black guy at the receiving office sucks (rude and unprofessional)
It took them 3 hours to get unloaded. No appointments FCFS . no matter what your dispatch told u .

Cheak in is at door 60 they will have you drop trailer in a door and leave your phone number….take any and all load locks and straps out of the trailer before you bobtail to the bull pin outside the gate. There is a porta John across the street on goodnight if you need to use bathroom. People are nice. Unloading is between 2-4 hours about average for a place this size post Covid
