I will update this review if my package actually shows up. Tracking says it was delivered yesterday at 7pm. I was sitting on my front porch with a friend from 6 to 9 talking and nobody showed up. Everything is on camera. I am noticing that other reviews have the same issue with the same 7pm time of either “attempted delivery” or “delivered”. This shipping service has been very late at delivering before with inaccurate statuses and they never take photos. Additionally, this company shows Operating hours of 9 to 5, so explain to me how something was delivered at “7pm”.
I am so upset - This package was a large one, so I hope that I receive it. Zara is already aware of the issue and is investigating. They really need to stop using this service.

1/14/25 update: package never arrived. There were no photos which helped my case with Zara. It took Zara a few days to communicate via email and tell me that they were unable to reach the carrier themselves so they gave me the option to resend the items to the store for pickup or to refund me for all the lost items. I chose a refund since everything I ordered was out of stock.
I made a formal complaint to them twice about this carrier.

01/17/2024 I am extremely frustrated with the situation regarding my recent order from Zara. My order was marked as delivered at 7:00 PM, but there is absolutely nothing in front of my door. I was home all day and can confirm that no delivery was made.

After reading the reviews about your company, I noticed that I am not the only customer experiencing this issue. It seems like stolen packages are a recurring problem, as mentioned by others in the reviews. I will updated my review if I received my package.

Zara package… It says, it was delivered to my home 7:00pm. At that time, I was right in the front door, talking to my neighbor. I have a Ring Cam, that can actually vouch for that. No package… No photo, but the map with the pin of where it was dropped off is not even in my neighborhood. It was even signed with initials that are not mine. Incredible..! No form of communication whatsoever…! And ZARA is closed by this time. Worst Customer service ever..!

I received a notification that my Zara package was delivered yesterday at 7 PM, but it never arrived. I checked the cameras, and no driver showed up at my house at that time.

I tried calling the number listed on their website, but no one answered. I will contact Zara’s customer service to get an update on my package.

My package was never delivered. Nor was it ever signed by anyone I don’t know what those initials are all about in the picture. They snapped the picture of my package in day light but the delivery was supposedly done at 7 PM. Clearly this time of the year it is dark at 7 PM. I don’t know why this company is still in business. $400 worth of items gone and never delivered. What an awful shame their delivery people just take off with other people’s packages. Sonic transportation, you should really go out of business because of the crap your employees pull and get away with.
There was never a single person that came to my house the time that it was delivered as I have cameras all over the front of my home.
At Lease higher smart people these are just stupid thieves that you hire. Literally stupid.

My package never arrived. Whomever was supposed to be able to deliver it lied saying it was delivered. Where? I never got it. Poor ridiculous service. Most of the drivers cannot speak English, read GPS directions and too uninvolved to learn the job. I bet they speak enough English when paycheck arrives. How about doing the same to their paychecks? I bet the problem would be rapidly resolved.

The worst delivery company. The complaint should be directed to ZARA so they stop using this service. Reading every comment, I realize they all have the same way of “working.” I didn’t receive my package yesterday as they notified me. it was “signed for” and “delivered at 7 pm,” but that’s not what happened. I have security cameras and evidence that no one delivered anything. The worst part is when you try to call, and NO ONE answers. Two people greeted me, and as soon as I said my name, they hung up on me.

Did not receive my Zara package. Notice says delivered and nothing is at my front door. This seems to happen a lot with this shipping service.
Edit: Though my package was marked delivered on Friday at 7pm, I didn’t receive it that night. Fast forward to today (Monday)- I DID end up receiving my ZARA packages. Not sure if it was a glitch in their system, if a kind person dropped it off at my home after being at the wrong address, or if they ended up delivering it today. Either way, I’m grateful.
