The shuttle arrived 45 minutes after our plane landed. The driver loaded a few people and said we're full and pulled off. We didn't get a time for when or if the next shuttle would be arriving or any explanation! The shuttle was booked in advance so we wouldn't have to deal with having to find a ride so late at the airport. We waited about 10 minutes and decided to catch a cab. The last thing I wanted was to catch a cab and catch one after midnight. My request for a refund was denied. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I wish I had read the reviews earlier. I was looking for a dependable less expensive way to get to he airport at the last minute and decided to choose a local company instead of Super Shuttle. What a huge mistake. On our trip to the hotel are driver talked about waiting customers trying to get to the airport with a less than desirable crowd of people who looked rough from partying. When my husband and I on disembarking tried to ask a simple question he huddled us and our luggage off as quickly as possible. On the ticket for the return trip it says to call 3 hours before the plane departs. I did so earlier and a woman answered and sounded like an automaton as she asked me questions I had already provided answers to so that the conversation would be quick. When I tried to ask a question she told me that I should let her finish an not to interrupt her. I called later since the ride was to take place extremely early in the morning and wanted to be sure the pickup would happen after that awful service earlier and got a male who was worse. I’m not sure how you are supposed to arrange for pickup without calling them as they ask for on the tickets, do yourself a favor and make your trip without these people. The company doesn’t need to be in business if it’s going to employ these type of people. The amount I saved is negligible and I would gladly pay double next time rather than go through this. My husband described our first ride in the heated shuttle as torturous and overlong. They’re now known as Belle Trans. I upgraded my review one more star because the driver who picked us up was a really nice decent man. I hope he finds a better job because he deserves it.

I have never written a review before, but this time I felt the need to warn people. Showtime shuttle provides nothing but terrible service. My airlines booked this service for my vacation package and I wish they hadn't. Getting from the Airport to the Hotel was fine, however I cannot say the same for the return pickup. The Driver was more than 45 minutes late. We told him we had to catch a flight and we were in a hurry, he then proceeded to tell us in a very rude fashion to 'take a cab then'. He told us he couldn't leave yet because he had gotten into an accident and needed to speak to the police (it was a tiny scratch). We saw 3-4 Bell shuttles come into the hotel before even one showtime shuttle showed up. We ended up having to take a cab to the airport. Even other shuttles warned us about them when we were waiting for them. NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE!! TERRIBLE, and I seriously can't stress that enough. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!

If I could give half a star I would. Picking us up from the airport we waited 45 minutes. Then once our driver got there, there was miscommunication on how our return tickets were supposed to be handled. Once getting the return tickets I was told to schedule my ride back to the airport I did that and was told a time that I would be picked up and shuttled back to the airport. Fantastic. Well it says to allow 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. I called at that time and he said to give her another ten minutes. 35 minutes later the shuttle shows up. I have no problem waiting but when given a specific time I expect my ride to arrive around that time, not half an hour later. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to use a shuttle service.

Do not use this company. They will leave you stranded. I was walking out of Caesars and watch the driver drive off as I was walking to the end of the drive way.I immediately called customer service. They lady said I was marked as a no show. I ask the lady what time and she was baffled as she knee from the time he drive off and her getting my call was only three minutes after my scheduled pick up time (you do the math). The lady said they are running late and they could out me in the next shuttle which was 2 hours later...not. I would miss my flight. She said she would out in a request for refund but u have yet to hear from these people. Total scam. Anyway, a nice taxi driver saw it and gave me a ride for 13.00. And I gave him a 7 buck tip. I'll never use Showtime again..they suck!

Very unprofessional! Called more than 24 hours in advance for our shuttle back to the airport. Was given a 4:30 pm pick up time. We were waiting out front of the hotel since 4:20 pm. At 4:55 pm we called to check the status of the shuttle and were told that we were a no show at 4:40 pm which is a completely false accusation. Was told by Showtime there were no other shuttle to take us to the airport. We paid for a service and Showtime failed to deliver as promised and to make things worse they blamed us. Showtime is completely unreliable. Seems illegal to charge for a service and completely fail to deliver. We had to find other means to catch our flight. Do not use! Stay away!

would not recommend them for your transportation needs. Waited at airport for 50 minutes to be taken to hotel. At hotel had a 305 pick up time at 330 called Showtime they said shuttle was on the way in 4-5 minutes when shuttle arrived driver said he was only dropping off not picking up and left. 350 another call to Showtime by another waiting party, again said shuttle was on the way at 405 shuttled showed up again driver said was only dropping off not picking up. Several people blocked the bus from leaving as they called Showtime because they had a 515 flight, the driver did finally let us on but informed us that she needed to drop off her other customers first. Made it the airport around 445 terrible shuttle experience will never use again.

I paid in advance for transportfrom the airport to the MGM, and from the MGM to the airport as part of my travel package. When we got in to Las Vegas we waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle to take us to hotel, at least we got a ride. I scheduled our return trip from MGM to airport for a 3:45 pick up. We were outside waiting in the cold and wind from 3:15. By 4:00 2 Showtime shuttles dropped passengers off and quickly sped out of the parking lot area. I waved and tried to stop them with no luck. So at 4 I called and was told that another shuttle should be there by 4:10 or 4:15 at the latest. By 4:30 still no shuttle. We ended up paying another shuttle to finally get to the airport. I will never use Show again. Total rip-off!
