Doing business with Rollx Vans was absolutely the most pleasant experience I've ever had buying anything and especially something as important as this was to be perfect. I must say that I worried myself absolutely sick for 3 weeks while I waited and then the last week knowing the date that it would be arriving I was nothing but a bundle of nerves.I couldn't eat ,couldn't sleep but everything went so smoothly it was almost like it had to be a dream. The shipper Anthony told me that he would be here between 3:00 and 3:30 and at 3:29 he was rolling into my driveway with my van on the truck and I was like a child at Christmas actually clapping my hands and my eyes welling up with happy tears as was my dad's not normally something a 60 and 88 year old would do and I don't get excited easily either but that van was everything I hoped it would be. I would recommend this company to anyone from start to finish they went above and beyond what I expected. They handled all the paperwork they shipped it down here for free or it was included in the cost and there was not one more cent put on the cost of my van and there were no surprises and anytime I was concerned all I had to do was email them and I would hear back in a few minutes from Jordan or we would call Matt our salesperson. This van was a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country limited with a few miles on it but it looked absolutely brand new inside and out on 99.9% of it. I'm an amputee and I've been a prisoner in my home since losing my leg 6 years ago and I couldn't go anywhere unless someone went with me to load and unload my chair so this is just an absolute Godsend and I feel so blessed that my dad and a friend and family member got together and decided to go in together and buy it for me. So if you were thinking about purchasing a handicap accessible van don't think any longer go straight to Rolxx in Wisconsin as fast as you can go and be sure and say Rita from Tupelo Mississippi sent you and you will get a discount off of a purchase. Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have I'll be glad to talk to you about it. They even had all the paperwork done and sent me a temporary tag registered in my name so I could drive it immediately and now once they get my papers back with my paid in full receipt they will register it in Mississippi for me and send that to me. I'm telling you these folks are organized they have it together. Thanks Rolex for making my day and making my life so much easier with the hardships that I have to live with on a daily basis as I'm not just an amputee I have many major health problems and I just didn't need to have to fight with transportation issues on top of everything else and y'all fix me right up thanks again a million times over!! And I will also mention that I did buy this over the Internet sight unseen except for the videos and pictures where they had it advertised. I have a whole new outlook on life now and it's all because of my dad and this awesome company!

Dealing with Rollx Vans was easy and you dealt with sales people that knew your needs and went out of their way to cover all bases. We ordered a used van and it came to us like it was off the showroom. Ron, who delivered the van, went out of his way showing how everything worked and made sure I knew how to operate the van - this is our 1st time requiring a handicap vehicle. You will enjoy working with all the people at Rollx. Zack Pearson, our sales person, and Amanda were knowledgeable and very helpful - highly recommend dealing with Zack.

Rollx Vans great company that understands ADA needs, I had purchase a brand new Toyota 2024 online, the whole process was painless. My mom was diagnosed with ALS early 2023. A number of life changes were made. One of those changes was purchasing a Rollx van, a 2006 Dodge Grand caravan so my mom could travel in her motorized wheel chair. She doesn't travel often so by the time the 30 day warranty was up, the van wasn't driven through that time. Once it was, it has been nothing but issue after issue leaving my mom stranded at one point in a car that wouldn't run because the battery wouldn't charge cause us to have to keep the van on jumper cables when stopped just so we could make it to her oldest sons wedding. The back right brake locked up on the way to to a friend's house only an hour away and could have caught fire if driven any longer. The front left brake pad failed and caused a huge groove in the rotor. And just today, while my dad was going through the drive through to refill my mom's prescriptions it just turned off on him randomly.. now I'm an A&P mechanic in the civilian world, and vehicle mechanic in the Air Force. However I'm 4 hours away It's absolutely ridiculous the hassle this van has been for my parents. We can't trust it to get to the end of the driveway.. if we could afford something else we would have done that before buying this liability.

People are very nice and helpful. Guys who delivered the van were extremely nice and helpful. The only problem I had was the van came Wednesday July 3rd and he told me that the check engine light came on on the way and he was extremely apologetic and took it to the local dealership now it’s June 8th and the dealership in my area still has it. 2024 Chrysler Pacifica with 227 miles on it. Frustrating!!!

We purchased this wheelchair van on line but everything went smoothly all the way to the delivery from Minnesota to Tacoma, WA. Thank you to Mark for bringing this van to us as well as to Rocky and Jordan for good customer service. We are satisfied and happy with this purchase. We just hope that we can get good use of this van with little or no issues. We recommend Rollx Vans on line in Minnesota and please check them out for any wheelchair van needs.

In 2022 my father needed a handicap van. We live in PA and could not find any reasonable offers. We contacted Rollx, FINALLY got the van delivered in January 2023. It is a 2012 Dodge grand caravan, we had their mechanics come check the van to see why it kept scraping, not even a month after we got it. We were told no charge for them to check it out. WRONG I had to use my credit card for over $200. The gentleman told us nothing wrong with their equipment, may be shocks! So I had to use a credit card, luckily I had it because my father didn't. Then the air conditioning line busted, Rollx told us they HAD TO BE FROM THEM! Eventually we found someone to fix it, cost me $1200. My father passed away January 11, 2024. The van is financed, I called Rollx about buying it back. We had it just over a year, and all they are willing to give us is $10k. We owe over $20k
I asked to atleast do $18,100. I will pay the rest on my credit cards. I was told simply, "SORRY, WE CAN'T HELP YOU!"
We traded a 2009 Ford Explorer, low miles, good shape and still had to finance over $22k.
Sadly, I am stuck with a van, a payment we can't afford, and they WON'T help!
It was a horrible experience to get the van, and we were lied to along the way. The van is in good shape! Only 77,450 miles on it.
I am NOT surprised they WON'T help!
