Matthew was in contact day before delivery of car, checking details and giving an ATE and contact details. Also sent some lovely pictures of my car- which was lovely! On the day kept me updated and when arrived he was very professional and even cleaned up some parts of the car after the journey. Went through key elements of the car and made sure every question I had was answered fully. Absolutely spot on service and was a lovely gentleman to top it all off. Would definitely recommend . Very professional and personable. Made the experience smooth.

Matthew was wonderful to deal with, he kept us well informed of when he was going to arrive (to the minute). Bringing a car from the north to the south coast he had to navigate the Dartford Tunnel crossings and never pressured me into a quick guide of the car in order to get back (another 7 hours). He gave me so much time, explaining all the workings of the car - and with technology as it is, it took some time!! Thank you for your professional, charming manner, it was a welcome relief from car show rooms.... hope you got back OK! Many many thanks.

Pinnacle done a great job in delivering the vehicle right to my door on the South Coast, all the way from North Yorkshire! Mathew was great, and got in touch the day before, provided an ETA for the following day and as a nice touch, sent across some nice photos of vehicle on trailer. That certainly added to the excitement of the occasion.
On arrival, and after a few tiny challenges with narrow lane, vehicle was delivered and handover went smoothly as expected. Mathew was very informative and even provided extra info not directly related with make of vehicle.
It was a pleasure to have Pinnacle Transport to provide the service.

Mathew delivered my new Volvo XC40 last week, driving down from Yorkshire to Oxfordshire in extremely bad weather. Having contacted me with an ETA - and a photo of the car on the trailer, a nice touch - he arrived on time and despite the pouring rain I was touched that he tried to dry and shine the car to make it as presentable as possible when it was unloaded. What wonderful service from an absolute gent!

Fantastic service from Pinnacle! Audi Grimsby to our home in Pembrokeshire. Matthew was fantastic, kept us informed, polite courteous and friendly. Car arrived in tip top condition. Really lovely company to deal with. Highly recommended
