Excellent service from start to finish! I had a complicated issue to send a computer and various parts from London to Dubai recently and it was expertly and carefully packed and delivered thanks to the team at Pack Send. A big, huge and heartfelt thank you to Koudy who not only organised and coordinated the collection and wrapping but kindly dealt with all my many, many questions and worries! He helped finding the best and safest packing options at a good price. Plus thank you to the wonderful collection person/driver who so delicately and diligently packed the computer and parts on collection without rushing, checking all parts were packed carefully. Pack & Send did a great job picking up 4 paintings, packing them and shipping to Australia. The customer service was great and everything arrived looking as it left. It is packed INCREDIBLY well. It was definitely more expensive than most but worth it for the peace of mind that everything would arrive in perfect order.
