TERRIBLE! Most unprofessional place I've EVER encountered! I was approved 5 months ago but couldn't move in because they can't get the paperwork right for section 8. It took 3 months of me BEGGING for them to complete a 1 page RTA, and they STILL didn't get it done in time to move in! My move in date was postponed 5 different times! Finally, i said f"forget it!" Now I'm just trying to get my deposit back. Dealing with Queenie Warren and her boss Maggie Goldstein has been an absolute nightmare!!!

Stay away from this place! I miss the old management. The new management is bad. The apartment manager is never there, and they never answer the phone. She posts her hours on the door but is never in there. The last manager from the old management was always there during the hours she posted, and her door is always open for everyone to come in. This new one always has her door closed and blinds shut so no one can tell if she is in there or not. They don't even call back when you leave them a voicemail. This place is dirty. There was one time where there was fruit fly all around the main floor. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

Called on a Thursday about coming in for a tour, talked with a lady named Queeny and she agreed seeing me on a Saturday 12/30/23 from 10am-2pm (for a walk-in because she wasn’t available Friday), not sure if she didn’t make a note that she’ll be seeing me but I showed up around 11:30am- 12pm that Saturday and called the office number and no one answered. I also left a voice message and an email message but no one responded.

Guess I just won’t get a tour… 👀 Woud’ve been nice if Queeny responded back to my call or email message right away that day because we talked about meeting Saturday, buuut…nothing. What a shame. I was really interested and wanted a tour around the apartment and even set up a date, but guess that’s a sign that I’m not welcomed.

I absolutely love this place as my new home. Jennifer and Trish are professional and they get it done!!! If there is a will there is a way. They go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed to get you in your new apartment.
The other residents are friendly, and amazingly it is a quiet,secure building. Clean too

Close to downtown with spacious apartments and fantastic views! Jennifer helped us find our new home and was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. We are so excited to live here. We were thrilled to find this gem of a building. The neighborhood is up and coming with lots of great features, especially nice to have a hardware store right next door. Lots of fun restaurants and bars are nearby. It was great seeing a lot of new places moving into this neighborhood as well. Especially excited about the jazz club moving in just down the street and the Thai restaurant. Can't wait to live in such a cool area and in such beautiful nice new building!

Stay away! They delete bad reviews BTW! You cant buzz in visitors or the police in an emergency.
Wont return my deposit with no explanation.
Never return emails or phone messages.
Smells like 420 everywhere even though NO smoking in building!
Even the main line phone they provided in another bad review doesnt get calls returned!
I’m forced to file info with the BBB.
