We have several pieces of furniture from Living Spaces and have always had a wonderful experience shopping here. We absolutely love that they have these little red carts for kids. As we wandered around today everyone was so friendly. There was one Russian lady with red hair who was so kind to our little one. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Thank you for hiring great staff!!!

We recently visited this place couple of times to find the right power recliner we were looking for. It has a lot of choices to look at for the models we are looking for, and the salesmen were pretty helpful and worked with us providing all details. This has been consistently good place and choice to go to for a wider selection of furniture. We have been shopping here for many years and will definitely continue to come here for our furniture needs.

Horrible costumer service, horrible delivery, horrible seller, horrible assembler!
I just got delivered half part of one of my beds,
The assembler mounted my main bed wrong way, loose screws, the seller should tell me that the dresser will be delivering at the end of the month,
I asked the assembler to give me a note about it he just turned back to me and left, I have no bed I have no Dresser, end the costumer service said if you don’t want no anymore you can cancel, I NEED IT ! I didn’t buy it for no reason, I can’t cancel!!!
Also don’t try to convince me with you wonderful decompensation of 99 dollars

This living spaces location was great to shop at! Huge selection of furniture with trendy styles and fabric materials.

What made our shopping experience top notch is a particular designer named Kelley. She started working at this location originally when it opened and then came back a few years later, and she really understands what the customer wants. Unlike another associate we dealt with prior to her, she wasn’t trying to convince us to make any purchase and answered all of the pressing and specific questions we had regarding maintaining and cleaning of the couch. While another associate said that some of the features that we wanted to look into weren’t available, Kelley corrected those statements and guided us to see the 3-D design of what the couch would look like in the layout of our home. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and most important, honest. She really made our experience impeccable and it was a comfortable transaction.

We absolutely love our new couch and look forward to going to this location to get help from her again!

It’s always a pleasant experience shopping at Living Spaces for anything I need furniture wise.
Today was no different, after few years having shopped there and in a need of a new sofa, my shopping experience was superb.
Walked in and out of there in 20 minutes having bought what I needed.
I don’t know how they do it but they have exactly what I need, every time.
Shout out to Minnie who helped me out today. She’s very cordial, professional and very knowledgeable with a great positive attitude.
I have a feeling I’ll be back very soon.

My experience with this furniture store has been nothing short of a disaster. I bought a dining table last year that, despite being barely used, quickly became a wreck with deep scratches and wood chipping. I claimed it under warranty, and the technician said it was beyond repair and needed replacing.

When we went to the Living Spaces Fremont store to find a new table, we encountered the most infuriatingly rude staff--Ahmed and Sergio. These two were not only unhelpful but openly contemptuous, making disgusted faces and treating us like garbage. They outright refused to assist us, saying we'd have to deal with customer service if we couldn't find something and insinuated we were stuck with the same faulty table.

Even though we were warned that the table had serious issues, we had no choice but to reorder it. It arrived today in even worse condition--damaged beyond belief. I called customer service, and Deja was just as despicable. She had the gall to offer us a laughable $80 to keep the damaged table or suggested a technician would assess it for a replacement, all while implying I should store two broken tables in my home.

The level of incompetence and rudeness from Living Spaces is beyond unacceptable. This store is a complete scam, and buying from them was a monumental error. I strongly urge anyone thinking about shopping here to avoid it at all costs.

We bought a couch with matching ottoman and arm chair 8 years ago and all the pieces are super comfy and still going strong. They sell high quality furniture. Definitely returning for our next couch.
