This company is absolutely awful! I ordered pictures for my 3 kids and they printed my one child's picture 3 times and not the other 2. They refuse to fix it! Also, they say if you order early you save 25% and if you have a 3rd child you save money. That's not true. There is no discount. They didn't even fix my son's hair for pictures. I wish my kid's school would use lifetouch instead. I never had problems with lifetouch. I wish I could give legacy studios zero stars.

Very unhappy with this company. My child had senior photos take in July and then again I, September. Shortly after the September session we were able to view both sessions now all of a sudden we are only able to view the first session which we don't like any of the photos. I phoned and spoke with a member and was told it usually take 2-3 weeks to view and they are working on it. Well it has been a month and nothing is fixed. On top of it the photo studio put a photo that they choice in the yearbook photo spot. My daughter's yearbook is due on October 12th and if this is not straightened out I will not be ordering any photos from this company and we were going to orders thousands of dollars worth.

My son managed to miss his appointment at school so we called and they gave us a 5:30 appointment. We got there at 5pm and the photographer took him right away. The young man was professional, quick but thorough, and helped us pick the best one for yearbook. It was a great experience!

Awful. I tried to order my kids school pictures. I scan the paper they gave me nothing but kids names pop up
No pics. I call recording tells me I am caller number 75 and my waite will be an hour and a half. I emailed them and haven't gotten a response it's been about two months

Photos of my children arrive quickly and are on much nicer quality paper than our scrapbook images that I print at a pharmacy.

Absolutely terrible!! Be prepared to wait FOREVER on hold for someone to maybe pick up. I've called several times, waited 25 minutes as caller 5 only to get a message saying the studio is now closed. ( it was 2 in the afternoon) Also the prices are CRAZY expensive. Wish our school would find another studio to go through.

Horrible!!!! They took 6 pictures for my daughters kindergarten graduation picture and each one was beyond terrible!!! Many parents from school were not happy with their kids pictures either!! Too bad I couldn't give zero stars, cause I would!!!

My daughter got her pictures done 2nd week of September , here we are over 2 months later and no pictures and they already had retakes, so hopefully she looks good ! No information at all as to when they are comming in
