Good morning
Today I had scheduled a delivery from your company.
The order was purchased through the Home24 website
At around 10:30 am, your driver contacted us to inform that he would deliver within 10 minutes.
My wife who answered the call, and who was at work, had to come home to receive the order.
After more than 1 hour, and your driver doesn't arrive, my wife called back to find out what was going on.
Your arrogant and rude driver, saying there was a problem with the truck, insulted my wife and hung up on her...
...If you have a problem with the truck, you must inform clients...
Later, after more than 1:30 hours, your driver arrived....
When I questioned why he was arrogant, rude and hung up on my wife, he put his head against mine, like challenging me to a fight !!!
I remained calm and told him to unload the order and leave...
He refused to unload and left with the truck.
I am also a truck driver and this type of behavior is unacceptable !!!
Following this, the company contacted us and they told that the driver would return to leave the order.
After another 30 minutes he returned, for the second time, left an order that wasn't ours, and didn't even ring the doorbell to inform us that he had delivered the order.
Once again, because the order was wrong, we contacted the company again, and were told that the driver would come back a third time to correct the error.
This third time testifies incompetence at the highest level !!!
They left the order as if it were trash at the entrance of the building, even damaging the packaging itself.
We had to take photos of everything to prove it...
Wrong order, damaged packaging, arrogance, attempted violence.....
In short, a real disgrace!!!!
Conclusion, my wife missed a morning of work, which no one will pay for, she was insulted for trying to understand why your driver was late, and the only reason I wasn't attacked when I ask for answers, was because I remained calm....
...And I still have the merchandise that I paid for, with my money, damaged !!!!
This complaint, with attached photos of everything, will be delivered to both HOME24 and HAUS-TRANSPORTE AG
And it was the last time I bought something from HOME24
