Three days in a row now telling me they cannot deliver due to high winds in the Scots Borders. We had a storm Friday, on Saturday and today (26th) there is not a breath of wind. Not a breath and there is no rain. Just sheer laziness as usual from businesses who will say anything to hide from poor customer service. A metaphor for modern Britain: this poor country deserves better.

Every single time the driver dances around the area delivering 100 packages.
Every single time I'm in all day.
Every single time I get a notification saying "Sorry we missed you" with a pitch black image of "my door" supposedly.
Up until yesterday, every single time the package ends up at the post office and I need to go pick it up myself. But the package I am currently expecting is expensive so they can't do that. As of writing, I'm two "sorry we missed you"s deep, I really hope tomorrow I get an actually competent driver instead of one that pretends I'm not home despite never coming here.

Was meant to receive a parcel yesterday. The delivery time would have been a problem for me, so I used the DPD app to pay for a slot between 08:00 and 12:00 today. It is now 12:49, and DPD are nowhere to be seen, and the tracking information on the app still states that it will be with me between 08:00 and 12:00. Why offer a paid service if you can't execute?

Take 6 hours and counting to deliver despite coming within 300m according to the tracker then scurries off avoiding the area, Usman seemed to spend 1-2 hours at each drop - what's he doing? Fairly clear why you can't send them a message or call them anymore- just sheer arrogance by this company

Supposed to have received an order 5 weeks ago. Find out the driver “ missed “ me and my parcel is being help in the depot. Tried to get in touch with DPD and have also been on to the place I bought the item from. No card put through my door. No tracking number. Numerous e mails to the buyer and getting no where. I try a couple of times a week to no avail.

Driver didnt press door bell and just flipped letterbox which is impossible to hear based on the front door location at our house- then just waited 5 seconds and left, by the time i knew what was happening he was in his truck and driving off. - all recorded on the ring doorbell which he decided not to press.

There is a doorbell for a reason and this was just a complete lack of effort from a lazy driver looking to complete his round as quickly as possible regardless of whether he could reasonably deliver a package or not

Driver "Flibby" did not speak English to understand me explaining I needed to decline/refuse the delivery so it would be returned to sender.
I pointed to the return address and tried to get his to understand. He then indicated that a colleague was listening in on his earpiece and had translated and he understood. Gave me a big smile and left with the parcel to be returned to sender. Great...
Except what really happened is he had sneakily taken a photo of me pointing to the return address on the packet and marked it as delivered! 24hrs later I am wondering if I need to phone Police about fraud/scam/theft, I'm struggling to find a contact number to speak to anyone at dpd, and tracking is showing it as delivered rather than returned to depot or returned to sender.
Selected "I wish to complain about this delivery" on the webpage link and all you get is a "thanks we'll let the depot know" type message, nowhere to detail complaint, no contact phone numbers.
This will end up being reported as a crime if it doesn't find it's way back to the sender soon.

Watch out for this possible scam. Do not trust a non-English speaking Romanian gentlemen "Flibby" to know how to refuse and return delivery.

My parcel was apparently delivered on Monday. However a few hours it was back at depot and have heard nothing since. Starting to feel my parcel has been stolen during that time. Customer service is useless as they don’t help or care. Shocking company.
