Wir haben eine private Transporttour mit Cracow Top Tours gebucht, um Auschwitz - Birkenau und das Salzbergwerk Wieliczka zu besuchen. Alles verlief perfekt - die Abholung, der Eintritt zu den Standorten usw.
Der Fahrer, Gregor war freundlich, informativ und gab sich alle Mühe, um uns ein paar gute Restaurants in Krakau zu zeigen.
Das Salzbergwerk war eine angenehme Überraschung und hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen!

We did a full-day tour to Zakopane and the Thermal Pools.

PROs:
- Pick up and drop off from the hotel
- Great communication from Caroline and the team, not only to organise pick-up but also throughout the day.
- Well structured day. We had additional stops and a sheep’s cheese tasting & a small village which were such a treat, as well as free time at the 2 main locations.
- Caroline was a fantastic guide!! We learned so much along the day and she kept us up to date with the schedule and activities. (We had a tour a day prior with another company and had no idea what we were doing half of the time as communication was soo poorly, but this wasn’t the case on this tour).

CONs:
- None that I can think of! We get everything we hoped for and more from this day.

Amazing tour to the Zakopane and Terma Bania. Lots of stops on the way making for a very full and engaging tour. Not a bored moment. Guide Joanna was amazing very informative and lively. Would really recommend.

Our guide did not tell us anything while driving. He left us at the salt mine. Teribile service, no refund. We had to order a bolt and give more money. Won t recomand

very bad experience. the driver was quiet he did not respond to my questions at all, he wasn t speaking english. he left us in the middle of nowhere, without responding. terrible exeprience, and a stupid guide

Terrible guide, no information given, no presentation, he did not even told us his name. Beside this, the other people that were with us in the car entered the group in front of us, and finished earlier. The driver left us there. Terrible service
