I was in a position to move my father into a care facility on short notice without any existing experience, I was lost and overwhelmed. Within 72 hours of contacting CarePatrol They found and scheduled appointments for me at several locations. these options met my short notice criteria in that each one had an available room and could accept my father immediately. Not only did they schedule these appointments they also accompanied me to each one, in this case James. James explained the jargon to me and pointed out nuance that helped the locations stand out from each other. After everything was said and done, with CarePatrol's help, I was able to go from having no idea what to do for my father to having him a caring home for him in less than seven days from starting.
