I had an extremely disappointing experience with this shipping company. My shipment was delivered on a vehicle equipped with a liftgate, but because I didn’t have a forklift at my location, the driver charged me extra just to use the liftgate to unload my items. This felt like an unnecessary and unfair charge, considering the liftgate is part of the delivery vehicle.

On top of that, the lack of upfront communication about these additional fees made the situation even worse. If you're looking for transparent and customer-friendly service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company seems more interested in nickel-and-diming customers than providing reliable shipping services. I won't be using them again.

Extremely dissatisfied with the experience with this company. Have been waiting for my shipment for over a week, yet the manager shows no initiative and does not call. After delivery issues, they claim they couldn't reach me, casting doubt on their professionalism. I do not recommend this company.

This company is truly amazing. I got a call from Pablo about delivering the item I ordered and he was truly amazing. I had a tight window to receive my delivery and he went out of his way to make sure they could deliver it to me. Again I cannot say enough good things about Pablo and Best Yet Express! I wish all companies provided the level of customer service they provide.

The name says it all! Best Yet! No one can compare to them when it comes to taking care of their customers and especially drivers. Its a one big family there and i am proud to be a part of it. Very clean and organized. I recommend Best Yet to all Drivers that want to work for a top notch company and Shippers who need to move their Freight. Keep up the good work everyone.
