Well I want to say all companies aren't perfect however ATS do the best they can when trying to make drivers happy or meeting needs. When I needed to get home they got me home. When I needed to be at very important events in my life they supported me every step of the way. Everyone else experience is different I'm speaking on my behalf.

Pay: Now as far as pay it varies vastly based on experience,customers,and freight market. Sometimes it's low depending on the area and sometimes extremely high. I say that to say don't expect consistency with pay, time,or anything it's trucking. (Try to stay out at least 4 to 6 weeks) (IMO)

Staff: Believe it or not this also varies your DM and relationships determine outcomes and I may be wrong but this is what I theorized. They're good people often times can be easily misunderstood it's important to learn their jobs as well because they each hold a lot of weight in different ways. We as drivers get caught up in the hard work we do not realizing they have pressure as well.

Shop: I don't have much to say they've been very great and informative to me.

Drivers: These guys are top notch anything I wanted to know I can call anyone and they'll walk me through a load with tips and or tricks. Keeping me safe the load secured and safe within DOT regulations.

Mr. Rollie I want you to know if you spoke more about safety and directly to the drivers you'll increase company Morale. I'm just letting you know what I hear while I'm on the ground thanks for reading my honest review.

I’m commenting on behalf of truck 80331. This man got out of his semi helped me and my baby with food and gas when we were in need because I spent all of my money and my account was locked. The driver's name is Levon I think, and he is an awesome guy. He smells great, is in good shape, and can hold a good conversation, which makes ATS look excellent. I got a business card from him, and my father owns a Caterpillar facility, so your sales team should be receiving a call. I wanted you to know that this driver is fantastic please take good care of him and thanks for hiring good people like him.

I work for a trucking company. We did a load for them few months back. Katie Miller wants to make a bad review of us? Two can play this game. It was not our fault the shipper made a mistake on a load. They charged us for being one day early. With making us go back 300 miles saying the load is wrong. To find out it was the correct load by the shipper. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Unprofessional people working here!

One of the worst branches of brokerage I have worked with in a while, Booked a load with a person called Dallas, it was picking up on Friday and delivering Saturday. Driver picked up a load and arrived on time on Saturday and got decline stating that the receiver is not open and to come back on Monday, I lost the hole weekend without pay the broker didn't want to pay a Sunday layover because as he states its not a working day, even my truck was due to work and make money. his freight was on my truck.
Be careful when you book with these people because they will treat you and your drivers bad. ( Quick update they reached out, and haven't paid... PLEASE watch out when working with them.)

So they seriously deleted my post about the wrongful shady termination they did... nice. Fair warning the owner must likely doesn't know what goes on between fleet managers and drivers. If they fire you your paycheck won't come till 45 days after at least on lease side. Plenty of time for them to screw with the truck or anything and keep your money. They give last second warnings on everything if your doing your job going to a pickup or delivery it might be changed when you get there. As a lease drive I was busting my butt to do loads you know what I made for 3 weeks... $360 possibly $380. A McDonald's manager makes more then I did as lease with this carrier. If you honestly want a good carrier Combined Transport is the best I've had. My mother went to the er they got a driver to take my load and got me a plane ticket home. I never had issues with getting home with any carrier but ATS. Here's an example of a driver failure with this company that customer has no issues with the Monday delivery I called them

Was employed may 2024. Fired Aug 2024.
Was employed in the shop.
When fired, I asked if he talked to those in body shop over seeing my work. As they okay my work before it leaves the shop.
He the (leader of shop) said no. .
Also I asked if anything I could do to change his mind, also "no".
So didn't tell him I was starting to get work done on time allotted for each task. Last month even got a bonus for getting work done on time!

Now I won't get a bonus for August work done on time.
Won't get reimbursed for tools and personal equipment necessary for working there. Was told to turn in reimbursement receipts after equaling the amount of reimbursement.
