I was there last October 2024. At Union Station everyone were more than helpful. At the Stouffville Station 1) It was closed 2) The car for Handycap people stop as far away from the Station as possible. Didn't know how to get a taxi. 3) Going back to Union Station the Go train wasn't working. I used Uber to get to Union Station. 4) At Union Station everyone were wonderful. They made sure to get me back on the Via Rail back to Sarnia.

It's really sad that no one can travel anywhere without going to union station first? I want to go to Newmarket from stouffville which is 30 minutes apart. Why are we Forced to Pay More to go way out of my way? It's a 3 hour trip if there running on time ha ha. How could I be So incredibly Stupid to Force people to pay more going way out of their destination and making travel take up your Entire Day!!! What is wrong with transit? They can't figure out how to get a bus from stouffville to Newmarket?

Agincourt to Union 7:31am
Why are Dogs permitted on the train? have chronic allergies and sinus issues, which makes this quite uncomfortable for me, Especially, when the animal has a high stinky unpleasant odour. Can someone please look into this unsanitary & very unpleasant situation.

Hate that they’ve blocked off one of the parking lots. The street that everyone has to now use to depart is one lane filled with a whole bunch of pot holes to damage our vehicles!

Located on main Street in Stouffville. Take the go train all the way to Downtown Union Station in Toronto, you miss all the slow traffic. Parking is adjacent.

Only thing the station needs is a washroom. Ticket counter with real people are there. Bus (GO and city) stop there. Lots of parking for train people too. It's truly part of the downtown community.

Nice clean station. Quite busy during mornings and evenings for the train. Frequent buses during other hours.
