I am shocked that I called this company and the receptionist on the central line said they can’t take our business or even quote until next year. We paid out $9k this year with them. She wasn’t interested in getting my name or details. She said I had to call back next year. I suggested that maybe it would be good for them to call me, as that’s how you can increase your sales and customer satisfaction. Nope, she said I was welcome to call back next year.

There are plenty of companies out there. I immediately searched one and they are coming out next week. I didn’t care when they installed it, so long as I wasn’t doing the chasing as I have too much on my plate.

It worries me when a company gets so ‘fat’ they can’t be bothered to deliver on customer service.

Super happy with our new Pleated Insect Screen which works perfecly with our new bi-fold doors! It takes up minimal space when closed and is easy to see through when open allowing for minimal impact on the view to the pool!
This is not the first time we have used SP Screens and it wont be our last! Great on service, quality and excellent value for money!

Tony did a fantastic job installing new screens to my french doors and bifold window, as well as a few straight windows. The retractable screens on the doors and bifold look fantastic and I think we will enjoy the summer ahead knowing we have protection from the pesky mozzies and midgies ...thanks so much guys, will be recommending, just as I had been recommended to you by friends!

These guys have been fabulous, from the initial quote through to the installation. They communicated extremely well via text and turned up at the times they said they would. These new screens replaced some very old and very broken timber frame screens and they look great and provide security! This is the second time we have used them and would highly recommend!
