Sanish might be great if you are doing a general clean of your home, however I would not recommend him for a thorough end of lease cleaning service.

For my end of lease clean, he did a rushed and poor quality job - skipped the bathroom and most of the kitchen, mainly just vacuumed the apartment and wiped down some areas. He said real estate agents don't care about the other stuff and I should be happy with what he's done. He was not pleased with bank transfer even though he said before it was fine and demanded cash. His assistant was watching videos on her phone while I was showing them around the property when they first arrived.
