Not only were the employees totally worthless, but they completely lied about multiple things including originally offering a full refund then changing to a credit. We even watched as our car drove right past us and had to wait another 10 minutes for it to circle around the airport. Completely incompetent and hopefully the county will find a different company to operate the valet at the airport soon.

My wife and I dropped off my son at Port Everglade in front of the cruise line on Sunday September 16, 2018. When we exited and since the port lack proper signals I ended up (I don't know how) in the parking area. When I got to the gate the attendant, Shevan, asked me for the "ticket" which I never had. I explained her the situation, however she didn't believe us and told me that in order to open the gate I would have to pay for the ticket lost and the supervisor would be the only one to take a decision otherwise. I requested to talk to the supervisor and I had to wait more than 30 minutes with the car running for him to come. He didn't even talked to me when arrived and instead called the police who intimidated me to pay or else... Finally I had to pay, since they had us hostages, however to me was a matter of principles. I didn't use the parking area and I shouldn't pay for a service that I didn't get and for a security flow of their entry system. The supervisor, Dillan, has been trained terrible, has no management capabilities, and could not take ANY decision as he later explained to me. I wonder if the companies' president is the only person that can believe me and take a decision in favor of the customer..., who knows. This looks like a trap to make people not familiarized with the port having to pay them unnecessarily for parking.
Terrible customer service, lack of professionalism that made me and my wife feel as criminals. I recommend the Port Authorities to contract a professional company to handle the parking service of its premises. If I could rate this company with zero I would do it.
