Es macht Spaß, in dem Hotel zu wohnen: Die gemütlich eingerichtete Lobby lädt zum entspannten Verweilen ein und der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gänge zu den Zimmern sind verwinkelt und lang. Die Zimmer selbst sind eher dunkel und sehr klassich eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall merkt man, dass das Hotel schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber man hat Platz und auf dem bequemen Bett schläft es sich gut. Im Bad gibt es eine Besonderheit: Die Duschkabine ist mit jeweils einem Duschkopf rechts und links ausgerüstet - da macht das morgendliche Duschen gleich doppelt soviel Spaß. Empfehlung.

Gutes und zentral gelegenes Hotel, die Zimmer in diesem historischen Gebäude sind sehr gross und sauber, sep. WC/Dusche. Bar gediegen, Valet aufmerksam und günstig, einzig das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ziemlich fettig und das Angebot, na ja! Gibt in der Umgebung gute Alternativen! ||Was mir ziemlich schräg eingefahren ist, beim auschecken war die 'Dame' in duty: unfreundlicher geht gar nicht, mit dem falschen Fuss aufgestanden oder was Unglaubliche Arroganz!!||Sonst jederzeit gerne wieder.

Mitten im Stadtzentrum gelegen ist diese ehemalige Bank zu einem schicken Hotel geworden. Witzig: Die überall noch zu sehenden Überbleibsel wie etwa alte Tresortüren. Die Holzmöbel im Zimmer haben zwar schon die eine oder andere Scharte, aber das Zimmer ist sauber und bietet genügend Platz und eine gute Schlafqualität. Das Frühstück reisst nicht gerade aus den Socken, aber entspricht einem US-Standard.

The best hotel in Colorado. From the moment you enter this charming hotel you immerse into the atmosphere where you are transformed into the golden era of genuine hospitality. Jill at the front desk, Amber and Athena are the most wonderful staff.the event spaces are beautiful and perfect for corporate meetings and weddings. The guest rooms are impressive and impeccably clean! The breakfast - the avocado toast and bagel with lox are the freshest and very sumptuous. The golden Hour offers happy hour with finger licking bites.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The location is great. I was here 2 nights and able to walk to two very delicious restaurants both nights (less than 3 blocks). The valet staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is just gorgeous. The shower was a luxurious feeling experience and the bed was HEAVENLY. All of the details put into every inch of design with this place was well thought out, modern but still complimenting the history of the hotel. Speaking of history, if you are lucky enough to have Jill check you in at the front desk, she has such passion and love for the history preservation that was done with the remodel. If she has time, she will show you the vault and direct you to the art gallery upstairs - all while giving you a history lesson on this lovely property. Jill definitely enhanced my guest experience and I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about it!

Always a great time, good, drinks and the rooms.

Had the prime rib, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Deviled eggs were decent as well. The appetizers were a perfect blend of taste and filling. I was very satisfied with my meal at its conclusion.

The drink selection was what you’d expect from a hotel bar. The staff were very friendly and informative. I always like to try new whiskey wherever I go, and they provided samples prior to my selection. Decently priced with a decent selection of drinks. It was a great way to wind down from the day prior to turning in for the evening.

Rooms have all the accommodations you could need. The facilities were great and I had no issues or complaints. Bed was very soft and supportive of my fragile back, have not slept that well in ages.

Overall my visit was one of comfort and decadence. I look forward to our annual trip up to Colorado Spring just so we can stay at the Mining exchange. Did I also mention its great location? You will definitely not be disappointed!

It is a Beautiful Hotel in a perfect location. It has a nice bar and good coffee in the morning, which is invaluable. It was our first time in Colorado Springs, and we really enjoyed the town. The Famous Steakhouse is right around the corner, which is crazy good, then a couple of fun bars located close by the hotel, all within walking distance. Can't say enough good things about our fun little impromptu trip that turned in to a great night. Looking forward to going back!
