Do not use this company! Home Depot of Redlands, CA contracted this company to install my vinyl plank flooring. This has been a nightmare. The job was blotched from day one due to the installer cutting the carpet at an angle that was crooked. He did not discuss how he would cut the carpet at all. From that point, the job became impossible to correct. The second team came to lay down the vinyl plank flooring. At the end of their job, there was glue, uneven planks that did not line up with one another, blue pieces of paper on the product, transitions not properly glued, and a crooked finish. They decided that since they cut the carpet wrong that it would be replaced. Took a sample of the existing carpet and brought back a different color. Now we have two different colors opposite of the flooring. This job is incomplete. Still waiting.

The installers ripped up my carpet and immediately stopped because the subfloor has asbestos tiles. While I understand asbestos is dangerous, they could have left it alone and covered it with padding - which would have been fine and would not cause harm or danger. I am very disappointed with their service. Instead, I installed the carpet myself. I would not recommend them to anyone - even if it was a free install through home depot.

I'm giving them 2 stars because they at least delivered the carpet and took away the old carpet. As for the installation, they walked away from the job site.

Amazing service, Outstanding install team, Carpet Pros was very Professional. the installers showed up on time did a great install cleaned up after themselves. Very happy and would recommend. we couldn't have had a better experience! From the start carpet Pros was very attentive and on it during the whole process and in general everything was amazing!

Zero stars. Awful. Just stay away. Went through Home Depot for carpet, they contracted out to this company. Visible seams in 2 rooms, had to jump through hoops for them to attempt to "fix it" (made it worse) then inspected by the contractor a couple weeks later only to conclude what we already knew, it was unfixable. Waiting weeks in-between for them to never call us to schedule like I was told they would, finally had Home Depot get on them. Once scheduled they have to move i to another date, then they show up a another job site first and I have to cancel because we had previous plans now it's over an hr passed our scheduled 2hr block for installation and no one is answering their phones! Our original installation date was almost a year ago!

Don't choose this place. I went to the Home Depot in Riverside that contract this company to do their floor job and they cancelled on us 3 times! They got a $1,800 labor cost and on they gave me the same excuse twice that their guy was held back on doing another project. They said they only have 3 guys to do their entire tile work at their company.

Never go to home Depot to get your floor put in if this company is their hired contractor. I ended up doing the floor myself after my China cabinet was sitting outside for a week and damaged due to the weather. It took me 3 days to do it and I had to put my wife and baby in an hotel for those 3 days till it was done.

The worst experience ever, started with Home Depot. I payed for the delivery to bring the engineering hardwood flooring inside the house. Their delivery company refuse to do it and left the pallet in the garage. It was very difficult to schedule the install because of my travel requirement for work. When it was finally arrange, the installers (a different contractor) was not able to do the install because the wood got damage due to the humidity. Home Depot was great replacing the product but the problem was with this unprofessional installers. Their workers were very arrogant and left without a word because the contract only staged to move 6 pieces of furniture even thought I payed for 10. I cancelled the install with Home Depot and I am getting another contractor for half the price Home Depot was charging.
