Thank Ignacio L. for your excellent customer service. I asked where an item was, and you walked me to it. Then, you made sure I found what I was looking for. You even gave me a coupon for heating and cooling services. You even had chocolate for my little one. As a former lead generator for Home Depot, I appreciated the excellent customer service it's very rare nowadays.

They totally made my day better and more at ease after having my sink and water heater bust.

I don’t write reviews often, but this experience was awful.

First, the delivery was late—completely missed the promised time. I bought a dryer, and it arrived with a dent. I called within 12 hours, and they promised a replacement. Instead, they picked it up and canceled my order without explanation.

The whole process was super inconvenient!!!. Poor communication, inconsistent service, and totally unreliable! I do not recommend buying laundry appliances from them!

This is what pro desk employees do when the line is halfway down the back of the store sit there play games on their phone and absolutely ignore customers got a love the pro desk at Home Depot

I go to this location all the time because it’s close. It’s always dirty, unorganized, missing what the website says it has in stock, and super busy. I’m glad the location is so busy for them, I know the area has its problems for clients, but it’s hard to get what you need for a job if they don’t have it organized or probably stolen off the shelves… I never ask for help in the isle because we all know not everyone is knowledgeable in everything, and they take forever to get to you… I just want a store that has what I need so I can buy and leave in a timely manner. Other locations are better kept, but they are far and out of the way. I guess that what we have to deal with in this area.

Very knowledgeable unlike the other competitor.
Friendly and better prices. Hard people working, always helping others. Love to shop at a place where the staff actually has experience in customer servicing 101..
