Wir haben die Fahrt von Las Vegas nach Los Angeles online gebucht. Das Einchecken an der Greyhound Busstation war ok. Die Wartehalle wird auch von Clochards benutzt. Sind pünktlich um 12 Uhr losgefahren und angekommen. Die Fahrt verlief absolut unproblematisch. Für 26$ ein absolut kostengünstiges Transportmittel. Eine Pause gab es nach 2.5 std. Gerne wieder. Ps: nach den vielen schlechten Bewertungen hatte ich echt Horror vor der Fahrt, in unserem Fall völlig unbegründet. Nur 4 Sterne, weil der Komfort und Sauberkeit verbesserbar sind.

I have lived here for over 26 years and Las Vegas is known as “The Entertainment Capital of the World” … we have fine dining, excellent shows and 5-star Singers/groups/attractions … historical museums and a wide range of various entertainment venues …

The Greyhound bus terminal is next door to Plaza hotel, so I took pictures of it. Did not use services. They have a guard securing the waiting area from the homeless, you must have a ticket to enter. The building was clean and the staff was respectful.

Very bad experience. I have used this line before and everything was good. But tonight, April 12th, 2019, they made me suffer the worst. I arrived one hour in before to buy my ticket and wait for the departure at 10:00 p.m., at 9:40 p.m. I told the receptionist Liliana (Hispanic) that she gave me a terrible service while she sold me the ticket that I could To board the bus already and he said no, she said: they were going to call the passengers later. At 10:00 o'clock I saw a bus move and I said: they have not called for the bus to Salt Lake City and it's time, is that the bus? and they told me yes. I ran out to trying to reach the bus while I was still standing in the terminal, I asked the manager Brandon J. Davis to call him and with a quiet said: wait for the next bus, and the bus was there still. I started to cry of impotence, because three days ago I underwent surgery and could not wait for another bus, I paid too $85, when I had paid my ticket and the bus was still there Brandon did not want to do anything. There are hundreds of people looking for a job opportunity, I do not understand why they have people like this occupying positions.
