I returned a shoe at this location and after that I have been given horrible service every time I walk into the store now by a female store manager Alejandra. When I asked to sign up for a raffle I felt completely disrespected in-front of my family. Lady gave a mad face literally said nothing just upset and handed me a raffle ticket. Did not say a single word but her facial expressions said everything. And before I even approached her she was being happy with everyone else so I know it was intentional. Why does Shoe Palace continue to let this place and especially manager treat customers like this? I have not stepped foot in this place since. I hope these reviews make a change.

This location never answers the phone!!! I made a refund April 16th from a Klarna purchase and still am awaiting the store to resolve me getting my funds back because they do not follow up. I am out of $214 and I have no merchandise either. Be professional and follow up and get this resolved!!!

This place is horrible the employees act like they racist I was there to buy 4 diffrent pair of shoes i was in there 30 mins just watching the employees on they phone and chatting with eachother so I decided to just buy 1 pair of shoes they couldn't even get that right..lol wow they put shoes in box both were for the left foot and I shook my head and was like what are u doing and the kid got a attitude so I just left went to footlocker and customer service was awesome I'll never go to shoe palace in desert sky mall again what a joke

This store in Desert Sky Mall in Phoenix,AZ. is the worst one ever. I was buying a item and had cash of 100.00 and this store calm they did not have change. At this time this store was full of people and even a line to pay. Poor customer service.

7/16/22 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - STEREOTYPED

Went in with my boyfriend (both of us are 30) and his little brother. Walked into shoe palace and my bf picked a shirt off the rack to look at it and a floor employee came up asking my bf if he needed help. He said no, the employee then asked if he needed help picking a size. My bf replied “I think I know my size and how to pick my shirts bro, u gonna put the shirt on for me too?” The employee still there saying oh it’s cause people steal but I can hold it up front for u want me to?. Like ok what does that have to do with us? Just because my bf is Latino and has tattoos all over his body? If it’s cause people steal then why weren’t they going up to every customer telling them the same thing. Treating us like we are thieves. You guys need better training! That’s straight up disrespectful and stereotyping. Will not be spending money at this location.

SANDY & ALEJANDRA ! Horrible customer service , Within 5 minutes of me being in line , They sold the shoes I had put on hold . Started using foul language , Offending my mom . Definitely horrible customer service. Need someone from corporate to contact me .

I reverse a pay of Jordans 1 week ago and came into the store today to pay for them for my wife for Mother's Day. They gave me the box of shoes and one size was 6.5 and the other 7.5.

I asked if they could reorder the shoes and the refused and told me it was final sale. How in the world are they going to sell me TWO DIFFERENT sized shoes. I try to speak the manager and he told me "its my problem, i can pick a different shoe or go to a different store". Horrible customer service.

Short Spanish girl that works at the register refused to sell me air Jordan 1 because I wouldn’t buy sweat pants or a shirt with the shoes. So she ended up selling to another guy that was also interested because he bought another pair of shoes even though I asked to buy them first. First time and last time I will be going to this store very unprofessional.
